- Owners are charged $200 setup fee per house, $400 lifetime maximum for all homes under Property Management contract with PLATINUM REALTY AND MANAGEMENT INC
- A Re-Rent charge of $350 per vacancy
- Home Rental advertising Co-Op with Owner
- Free first month Service Charge if your current company requires 30-day Cancellation Notice (with documentation of payment)
- Straight 8% management fee, with NO 30-DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED
- 7.5% for SUPERVISED Fix-Ups.
- NO ADDITIONAL MANAGEMENT CHARGES TO HOMEOWNERS FOR MAINTENANCE OR FIX-UPS.
