PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEES
The collaboration between our investors and our management team, has resulted in the lowest ratio of vacancies to occupied houses in the valley!Our philosophy that “empty houses do not pay mortgages” has been proven time and time again.
- Owners are charged $200 setup fee per house, $400 lifetime maximum for all homes under Property Management contract with PLATINUM REALTY AND MANAGEMENT INC
- Straight 8% management fee, with NO 30-DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED
- A Re-Rent charge of $350 per vacancy
- Home Rental advertising Co-Op with Owner
- 8% for Supervision of Pending Repairs for New Clients or all Capital Inprovements.
- Free first month Service Charge if your current company requires 30-day Cancellation Notice (with documentation of payment)
- NO ADDITIONAL MANAGEMENT CHARGES TO HOMEOWNERS FOR MAINTENANCE OR FIX-UPS.
- NO RESERVE FUND REQUIRED
